Safeguard secures and adequately protects vacant and abandoned properties throughout default, foreclosure, and conveyance by offering a multitude of services and abiding by FHA preservation guidelines when needed. We monitor property condition utilizing inspection results and information from our contractors, and also through our partnerships with cities across the nation. Safeguard maintains contact with code enforcement offices to proactively monitor and correct violations issued or pending on properties managed by our clients. We work with contractors to ensure they are knowledgeable in the various Investor/Insurer requirements and are completing work within agreed upon timeframes and requirements, providing supporting photo documentation of all information reported and services completed, and utilizing the most cost-effective procedures to help eliminate out-of-pocket expenses for our clients.
