Lessons Learned between Katrina and Sandy
Meyer Published in USFN Report Spring 2013 Edition
Safeguard's Steve Meyer, AVP of high risk and hazard claims, was published in the Spring 2013 edition of USFN Report with an article titled "Hurricane Sandy Impact Lessons Learned from Hurricane Katrina." In it, Meyer looks at the lessons learned after the devastating Hurricane Katrina hit Louisiana in 2004, and how those lessons were applied following Hurricane Sandy, eight years later. These lessons may continue to be of importance as we examine the aftermath of recent tornado destruction in Oklahoma and other midwest states.
