Safeguard has been a field services industry leader in implementing technology solutions to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of our services. Key technology solutions utilized include:

  • SPI 1 - Business process management application for order management
  • Client Web - Web-based, secure Client Access Reporting Data System (CARDS)
  • Vendor Web - Web-based, secure contractor reporting tool
  • INSPI2 - Handheld physical inspection tool

Safeguard's inspectors collect inspection results utilizing our proprietary INSPI2 application. INSPI2 is web-based and offer many time saving features including but not limited to:

  • Wireless connectivity capabilities, through either cellular transmissions or a wireless network, allowing exchange of information (including new orders, completed orders, and follow-up requests) throughout the day
  • Subcontractor management, allowing our vendors to assign, track, and manage work through their subcontractors
  • Subcontractor tracking and reporting, to allow our vendors to review performance all the way down to zip code level
  • Centralized database stored on Safeguard's web servers instead of the user's desktop; allowing for faster data transfer

Through Safeguard's client Web (CARDS), our customers have access to real time reports that enable them to know the status of any order seven days a week, 24 hours a day ensuring they have timely and relevant information for efficient decision making. Safeguard clients can generate real-time reports via a secure web-based interface.
