Safeguard is proud to be an
industry leader, helping to advance best practices and identify better ways to work
with communities across the country. As
organizing sponsor of the annual National Property Preservation Conference in Washington,
DC, Safeguard has played a key role in bringing together all segments of our
industry to work cooperatively to address important issues facing our
industry. We also are privileged to
participate on discussion panels at industry conferences, and contribute as
members of boards and committees.
We are especially proud of our
participation with Mortgage Bankers Association’s (MBA) Vacant Property
Registration Committee, which led to the creation of the MERS®
Initiative.
