Annual Vendor Conference

Every year, Safeguard gathers together its vendors, staff, and clients for a multi-day workshop on processes, expectations, procedures, and ongoing training.  These conferences have proven to be extremely beneficial in communicating client expectations, and the vendors have a rare opportunity to hear from our clients firsthand. 

The two-way communication between the vendors and the clients is invaluable in conveying not only client expectations, but firsthand experience from the field about concerns, struggles, and successes with individual initiatives and procedures.  Likewise, the feedback we have received is that the vendors appreciate the chance to interact with the Safeguard staff members they might not otherwise have a chance to meet face-to-face.  It is as much a relationship-building opportunity as it is a chance for us to communicate important industry changes and challenges.
