On-Site Training in the Field

Verifying the accuracy of our work in the field is critical in ensuring that our high quality standards are being met.  Our field quality control representatives routinely meet with our vendors for one-on-one refresher training.  The representatives also work to communicate process changes, to ensure that the vendors have the necessary tools for the job, and to help improve their overall efficiency. 

Periodically, we will meet up with our clients to tour a group of properties in a particular city.  The purpose of these tours is not only evaluation of the services rendered, but to also create a dialogue between all parties involved concerning process improvements that can be made to better meet everyone’s needs.
