VA Guidelines Updates: Roanoke, Atlanta

The VA Regional Loan Centers listed below have
issued new information bulletins concerning expenses for
preservation of security.
Roanoke Regional Office: Loan Guaranty Information Letter
26-03-06, rescinding 26-02-16
This letter includes increased allowables for the securing and
removal of swimming pools. All changes appear in red type in the

Atlanta Regional Office: Loan Guaranty Bulletin 263-03-14,
rescinding 263-02-16
This letter includes an increase in the allowable for boarding
windows, from $25.00 per opening to $28.00 per opening, and changes
to the dimensions defining pool sizes for reimbursement of securing
costs. Also, the allowable for installation of a removable pool
cover does not appear in this letter. To view the new letter
