Florida Supreme Court Task Force on Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Cases

As previously discussed in August 2009, the Florida Supreme Court Task Force on Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Cases released its final report. On December 28th the FL Supreme Court adopted the recommendations of the task force, along with the model administration order (with minor changes).
