FEMA Declared Disaster Area North Dakota Severe Winter Storm

On February 26th, FEMA issued a Presidential Disaster Declaration for areas in the State of North Dakota.
No counties were declared eligible for Individual Assistance.
The following counties were declared eligible for Public Assistance: Adams, Barnes, Billings, Bowman, Burke, Dickey, Dunn, Emmons, Golden Valley, Grant, Hettinger, Logan, McIntosh, McKenzie, Mercer, Morton, Mountrail, Oliver, Ransom, Renville, Sioux, Slope, Stakr, Steele and Walsh Counties and the Standing Rock Indian Reservation.
Please note that Standing Rock Indian Reservation encompasses all of Sioux County, ND which is included in this disaster declaration. This reservation also encompasses areas of South Dakota. There is no indication on the FEMA webside regarding whether the areas in South Dakota are included.
