HAMP Loan Reporting Tool Enhancements and New Incentive Inquiry Request Form
May 3 HAMP Loan Reporting Tool Release Implemented
The following enhancements were implemented today, May 3, 2010, in the HAMP Reporting Tool:

Updates to accommodate Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives (HAFA) reporting;

Updates for the Home Price Decline Protection (HPDP) incentive;
-
Updates affecting the HAMP official monthly reporting process;
-
Updates to existing and new servicer reports;
-
New edit for trial and permanent/official loan modifications; and
-
Updates to existing edits.

New HAMP Incentive Inquiry Request Form
If you have a general incentive inquiry or loan-level incentive inquiry or dispute, please use the new Incentive Inquiry Request Form to submit your request. To access it, log in to the secure portion of HMPadmin.com; select "HAMP Loan Reporting Tools & Documents," and scroll down to "HAMP Incentive Inquiry Request Form."
HAMP Reporting and NPV Transaction Tools No Longer Experiencing Delays
The HAMP Reporting Tool and the NPV Transaction Portal are no longer experiencing response file delays. If you experience any issues, please contact the HAMP Solution Center.
