HUD released an Announcement titled, FHA Announces Temporary Exemption from Compliance on Property Flipping.
FHA announces waiving its regulation that prohibits the use of FHA financing to purchase properties that are being resold within 90 days of the previous acquisition. Effective Date: February 1, 2010 through February 1, 2011. Comment Due Date: June 21, 2010.
