Fannie Mae Servicing Policy Update

Fannie Mae issued a Servicing Policy Update titled, Updated Insurer Contact List Available for Submission of Disclosure/Release Forms.
Announcement SVC-2010-09, Reporting and Validation of Mortgage Insurance Coverage , provided links to two related documents on eFannieMae.com. One of these documents, "Mortgage Insurer Contact Information for MI Disclosure Instructions and Release Forms," was included to provide contact information for each mortgage insurer that Sellers/Servicers are to reference when submitting the required disclosure instructions and release forms. Since the Announcement was posted on July 27, 2010, the contact information for Genworth Mortgage Insurance Corporation has been updated. Please be advised that an updated contact list is now available on eFannieMae.com. Effectively immediately, please refer to this updated contact list when submitting disclosure instructions and releases to the various mortgage insurers.
