HAMP Loan Reporting Updates
Technical Support for the August Reporting Cycle Technical support for the HAMP Reporting Tool, provided by Lender Processing Services, Inc. (LPS), will be available for the August reporting cycle as follows:
- Business days 1-6 (August 2-6, August 9) -- 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m., ET (two additional hours each business day)
- Weekend (August 7-8) -- Not available

Important Reminder: Servicer Performance Report
Please note that the Servicer Performance Report on Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP) activity through the end of July will be based on:
- The weekly servicer survey for the week of July 23, 2010 - July 29, 2010, for solicitations and trial offers extended;
- The 60+ day delinquency survey for the month ending June 30, 2010, for the calculation of HAMP-eligible borrowers, and
- The HAMP system of record for trial and permanent modification data including all trial modifications that have a First Payment Posted Date of July 31, 2010, or earlier and activity posted against those trials through 10:00 p.m., ET on August 9, 2010.
