Revised HAMP Borrower Documents Available
Fannie Mae posted revised Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP) borrower documents on eFannieMae.com:
The Trial Period Plan Notice has been updated to request certain information, if available, be provided when contacting SIGTARP about fraud, waste, abuse, mismanagement, or misrepresentations affiliated with the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP). These borrower documents have also been updated with minor revisions.
The Spanish translation of the revisions to the Home Affordable Modification Agreement is not yet available, and the Spanish translation document currently posted on eFannieMae.com has been marked to indicate this.
