HAMP Reporting Update

The U.S. Department of the Treasury issued a HAMP Reporting Update titled, New and Revised Reporting Files and Compensation Matrix Available.

HAMP Reporting Updates: New and Revised Reporting Files and Compensation Matrix Available
Additional Preliminary Files Available for Nov 22 HAMP Reporting Tool Release Two new schema and column header files are available for servicers on HMPadmin.com:

  • 2MP Cash Payment Summary Report
  • 2MP Master Servicers Reconciliation Column Headers

To access, log in to the HAMP Loan Reporting: Tools & Documents section of HMPadmin.com. Choose the File Formats tab; then choose the 2MP tab. You will automatically reach the 2MP Schema and Column Header Files area where you can access the two mentioned schema and column header files.

Revised HAMP Compensation Matrix
The HAMP Compensation Matrix has been updated and includes details regarding Principal Reduction Alternative (PRA) incentive payments.
