  • Property Registration: CA, IL, MI, NY
    Petoskey, MI The city of Petoskey, Mich. has enacted a property registration requirement within 60 days of vacancy.  The program will require an initial annual registration accompanied by a fee of $150.00, as well as subsequent semi-annual registrations after the first 365 days accompanied by a $300.00 renewal fee and a $300.00 reinspection fee.
  • Property Registration: NJ, SC, CO, IL, FL
    Greenwich Township, NJ The township of Greenwich, N.J. has enacted a property registration requirement within 10 days of foreclosure filing or 10 days of vacancy.  The program will require annual registration accompanied by a fee of $500.00 for occupied properties in foreclosure and $2,500.00 for vacant properties in foreclosure.
  • Property Registration: MO, OH, NY, ID, AR, NJ
    Independence, MO The city of Independence, Mo. has enacted a property registration requirement within 14 days of vacancy.  The program will require semi-annual registration accompanied by the following escalating fee schedule: Initial Registration and 1st 3 Semi-Annual Renewals: $350.004th & 5th Semi-Annual Renewal: $500.006th & Subsequent Renewals: $100.00 per month
  • Property Registration: FL, WA, GA, NY, IL
    Opa-Locka, FL The city of Opa-Locka, Fla. has enacted a property registration requirement within 10 days of foreclosure filing or 10 days of vacancy.  The program will require semi-annual registration accompanied by a $300.00 fee.
  • Property Registration: Florida, Pennsylvania, New York, Texas, Ohio, Illinois
    Titusville, FL The city of Titusville, Fla. has amended its property registration requirement to reflect a semi-annual fee $300.00.  The program will continue to require registration within 10 days of default.
