High Risk/Code Enforcement
Safeguard’s priority is keeping the properties entrusted to us compliant with local codes. Our High Risk department works with our clients and vendors to prevent code compliance issues before they arise. We create open lines of communication between our clients and code enforcement officials so that problems can be addressed before violations or citations are issued. We also advise the local contractors of current code compliance issues or potential hazards so that the concerns can be addressed. When a problem occurs, Safeguard ensures that the problem is rectified according to local standards.
Our Hazard Claims team can provide itemized estimates and repairs to bring properties into code compliance and to address code violations. This includes making sure all permits are obtained and confirming with the City that the property is in compliance. This is yet another way in which we can help safeguard our clients’ interests.
