High Risk/Code Enforcement
Safeguard’s high risk department works with clients and vendors to prevent code compliance issues before they arise and to maintain open lines of communication between our clients and code enforcement officials. We also advise local contractors of current code compliance issues or potential hazards so that they can address those concerns. When problems arise, Safeguard works to rectify them according to local standards.
Our hazard claims team can provide itemized estimates and repairs to bring properties into code compliance and address code violations. This includes assuring that all permits are obtained and confirming with the city that the property is in compliance.
