High Risk/Code Enforcement Quality Control

Quality control is an essential component in all of Safeguard’s departments.  Within the high risk and code enforcement arenas, team members closely track and monitor violations, start to finish.  Our high risk team contacts code enforcement to ensure violations are addressed and the property is in compliance.  Open files are not closed until we have confirmation that the issue has been addressed to the satisfaction of all involved. We routinely solicit feedback on our performance to ensure that our representatives in the field are meeting our clients’ expectations.
