Violation Resolution

Violations Specialists communicate with code officers and building inspectors on a daily basis to assist with the abatement process at the property level. We assist our operations department by following up on violations-related work orders; additionally, we provide status updates to our clients and city officials throughout the abatement process. If necessary, Violations Specialists also assist in arranging compliance inspections between our contractors and local code enforcement personnel.
