Code Enforcement Communication

Safeguard’s clients know where to turn for resolution when faced with a code enforcement situation at a property.  Our internal code enforcement team focuses solely on building relationships with key personnel and assisting our clients in resolving difficult issues as they arise. 

Safeguard maintains a contact list for Code Enforcement Officials throughout the country, as well as a list of homeowners associations (HOAs).  To date, we have contacts with over 2,400 HOAs and over 10,000 code enforcement personnel nationwide—and the list continues to grow.  Our Code Violations Specialists communicate with these personnel on a daily basis to assist with the abatement process at the property level.
