Municipal Website Review

The Code Violations department reviews municipal Web sites for changes to local building codes, vacant property registration requirements, local demolition lists, and changes to department personnel.  Our ability to stay current on these changes means that we can better serve our clients.  New statutes, for example, are quickly communicated to our clients through our All Client Alert broadcasts. In cases where the new statute requires that we take a different approach, we can work quickly to establish the necessary parameters to accommodate our clients’ needs as well as the municipality’s requirements.
