Broker Check Inspections

Our clients request broker check inspections in an effort to verify that the property is well maintained.  During these inspections, the property is evaluated with the focus concentrated on the broker’s duties.  Inspectors look for the presence of For Sale signs, interior and exterior debris, and proper lock box combinations.  They also assess the overall property condition.
