Exterior Inspections

Exterior inspections are a great resource to assist in the gathering of property information.   Inspectors visit the property to verify the occupancy status, determine the exterior condition of the property, and inform the servicer of any adverse conditions.  While on-site, the contractor will provide descriptions of the property, including photos where applicable.   Damages visible from the exterior--such as broken windows or doors, securing issues and tall grass--will be reported.  Additionally, our inspectors will note the presence of For Sale signs and citations.
