Q: I am a servicer and I am interested in Safeguard's services.  How can I get more information, or speak to someone about beoming a client?

Q: Does Safeguard complete evictions?

A: Yes.  We have a separate network of contractors who are experienced in this area.  Please click here for more information on our evictions services, and feel free to contact us if you are interested in this service.

 

Q: I am a P&P contractor and have an emergency at the property.  What should I do?

A: Please refer to you work order for stated emergency allowables that apply to the situation. If your work order does not list an emergency allowable, contact Customer Service at 800.852.8306 ext 2158.  Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday 7:00 AM – Midnight, ET, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM, ET.  If you have an emergency on a Sunday, please call ext. 1960.      

 

Q: I am a P&P contractor and have questions regarding the guidelines I should follow.

Q:  I am a P&P contractor.  Where do I find the emergency allowable?

A:  Please refer to the specific instructions on your work order.  If additional clarification is needed, please contact your regional or Customer Service at ext 2158.

 

Q:  I am a home owner and I found that my property was secured by your company.  How do I regain access to the property?

A: Please contact Customer Service at 800.852.8306 ext 2158.  A representative will contact the mortgage company for direction and/or provide you with the contact information needed to speak with the mortgage company directly.

 

Q: I am a neighbor of a property that has a Safeguard sticker posted.  I have concerns about that vacant property.  What should I do?

A: Please contact Customer Service at 800.852.8306 ext 2158 to advise of your concerns.  The representative will take the appropriate action depending on the specific issue or concern.

 

Q:  I am interested in renting or purchasing a property that has a Safeguard sticker.  Who should I contact?

A: Safeguard Properties does not buy, rent or sell properties.  Please contact the local county tax assessor or auditor for information on the current owner.

 

Q: I am a real estate agent, and I am interested in listing or showing a property posted with a Safeguard sticker.  How do I proceed?
