Exterior Appraisal

The exterior appraisal is performed by a licensed real estate appraiser.  The appraiser creates a valuation based on an exterior inspection and data taken from tax records and the MLS. The assessment also includes comparable real estate values and condition of the neighborhood as well as original, color photos of the subject and comparables.
