Exterior Broker Price Opinions (BPO)

The exterior broker price opinion, or BPO, is a valuation of a property based on exterior inspection.  The assessment is completed by a broker and includes pricing of three comparable properties plus three sold comparable properties to determine a value.  The suggested list price, probable sale price, 90-day quick-sale price and “as-is” price are also included in the valuation report.  Photos are provided as support for the estimate.  Safeguard’s nationwide network of professional brokers is ready to assist our clients with all of their BPO needs.
