Interior Appraisal
Safeguard uses a nationwide network of licensed real estate appraisers for all appraisal orders. The appraiser creates a normal market time valuation based on an interior inspection and data from tax records and the MLS. An itemized list of repairs and costs is added if necessary. The assessment also includes comparable real estate values and condition of the neighborhood as well as original, color photos of the subject and comparables. At least six interior photos are included, as well as any additional photos necessary to show damages that may be present.
Once our appraisers submit their report, it is reviewed internally by our trained staff. We ensure that all necessary documents and forms are present and properly signed, and that all required photos have been supplied. In addition, it is reviewed for accuracy and reliability.
