Interior Broker Price Opinions

The interior broker price opinion, or BPO, is a valuation of a property based on interior inspection.  The assessment is completed by a broker and includes pricing of three comparable properties plus three sold comparable properties to create a value.  The suggested list price, probable sale price, 90-day quick-sale price and “as-is” price are also included in the valuation report.  Photos are provided as support for the estimate.  This comprehensive report helps to ensure that our clients have an accurate picture of the property’s value, as well as an assessment on the local market.
