Interior and Exterior Enhancements and Repairs

Some properties require a little extra TLC.  Sometimes, even after the maid refreshes, grass cuts, and repaired damages, a property still needs cosmetic help.  In these situations, Safeguard offers options for interior and exterior enhancement repairs.  

On the interior, Safeguard offers many services to bring a property up-to-date.  Painting, appliances, and flooring are all completed based on our negotiated fixed pricing structure to add value and charm to a property’s interior.  We can also install cabinets and countertops, plumbing, fixtures, and molding as needed.

A property's exterior presents its own opportunities.   Since the first impression of the property is based on the outside appearance, a “facelift” is sometimes required.  In addition to the landscaping package, Safeguard offers pressure washing and exterior painting as additional ways to improve a potential buyer's first impression.  Replacing doors and screens can also create a neat and professional appearance, thus further increasing curb appeal.

Regardless of the items being considered, we always work with the listing agent where applicable, to ensure that he or she agrees with our recommended action plan.  We will provide any feedback that we receive from the agent, along with our pricing estimates, to our clients for further review.
