Sometimes the standard service levels are just not enough for certain properties to stay competitive with other houses for sale in the neighborhood.  With Safeguard’s upgraded landscaping packages, we can help take these properties to the next level. 

Because curb appeal and first impressions are so critical when marketing a property, we have developed a number of different options for our clients to consider.  Whether planting flowers and shrubs, or laying new mulch or other hardscape materials, or providing larger-scale landscaping services, Safeguard is prepared to help our clients keep their REO properties competitive with the neighborhood.  Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Removing unnecessary or overgrown plant growth  
• Planting flowers and shrubs
• Laying mulch and other indigenous hardscapes
• Trimming trees

We also strongly encourage our vendors to discuss these needs with the listing agent where applicable, to ensure that all interested parties are satisfied with the final result.  No one knows the neighborhood and the individual property's marketability needs better than the listing agent, and we are happy to follow his or her instructions, or to relay the listing agent's recommendations along with our cost estimates to our client for further consideration.
