Monthly Maid Service Refresh

Although maid services are completed in conjunction with the initial trashout, keeping the property in marketable condition requires constant attention.  The ongoing traffic of contractors, brokers and prospective buyers in the properties during the marketing phase necessitates a periodical "sprucing up" to remove the small amounts of debris, dust, and cobwebs that accumulate. 

Many of our clients utilize our monthly refresh service to ensure that the properties remain as clean and attractive inside as they were when the initial services were completed.  The contractors receive a detailed checklist of items that must be completed as part of the maid service refresh order.  Some of these tasks include wiping down the baseboards, light switch and outlet covers, light fixtures and air vents/ducts. We will also wipe down the bathroom and kitchen counters, cabinets, and drawers.  We will mop hard-surface floors and vacuum carpeted areas.  All of our vendors are required to carry with them the equipment that they need to adequately perform all of these tasks, regardless of whether the utilities have been restored at the property. Our goal is to keep the property clean, and therefore attractive to prospective buyers.
