Re-Securing

As properties sit vacant, the risk of vandalism and theft increase.  An important part of our ongoing services is keeping properties safe and secure.  If a contractor notices broken windows or doors while on-site, boarding is completed.  If the locks are not working or a lockbox with working key is not present, the locks are changed or a new lockbox is installed.  The security of the property and the safety of those entering the premises are top priority.

Our contractors are also encouraged to work closely with the listing agents, so that the agents are comfortable with calling our contractors directly if they see a new problem at the property. This, combined with our internal Broker Direct customer service team, ensures that the listing agents have all necessary contact information in the event of any emergency.
