Snow Removal

 Snow removal is a big concern for REO servicers.  Not only are our clients concerned with keeping walkways clear for safety reasons, but a property that is inaccessible to potential buyers because of heavy snowfall is at a disadvantage over other, well-maintained properties for sale. 

In recent years, Safeguard has been focused on improving our ability to handle snow removal more effectively. We launched a new process for the 2009-2010 snow season, which has been met with great success and positive feedback from clients and listing agents alike.  We are now better prepared than ever to dispatch contractors to properties more quickly, thus ensuring that safety and accessibility concerns are addressed efficiently.
