Document Recording

With over 3,300 counties nationwide, each having varying recording requirements, the entire document recording process can be frustrating.  Safeguard understands these frustrations and is happy to offer a solution.

With Safeguard’s two-track recording program, the process has never been easier. After receipt and abstracting, we will send the document directly to the county by overnight carrier and track its return according to the county’s published return date.   Since we are up-to-date with all of the latest requirements, documents will arrive on time and according to the counties’ stated provisions. 

In the case of time sensitive or county-certified recordings, Safeguard offers “walk through” recordings.  Additionally, Safeguard will set up a recoding program, specific to your needs for any special projects that may arise.
