As with all departments at Safeguard, our Title group has the utmost appreciation for the need to thoroughly document and verify the accuracy of the reports we complete for our clients.  All title searches and reports are reviewed by Safeguard’s title attorney for unusual entries and gaps, as well as patent red flags such as a free and clear title search showing no open mortgages/deed of trust including the client's targeted lien.  All irregularities are investigated accordingly. We aren't satisfied until you are.
