In addition, we can provide UCC searches, copies of deeds comprising the chain of ownership, and full marketable title searches.   All of the information is presented in a report using our easy-to-read format.

 

Document Research & Retrieval

Our nationwide network of abstractors provides Safeguard with the means to meet our clients’ high-volume needs thoroughly and efficiently in all 50 states. Safeguard will research and retrieve either a plain or county-certified copy of your recorded mortgage, deed of trust, or assignment, no matter which of your departments requires the information.

 

Title Policy Retrieval

In instances where a title policy cannot be located, Safeguard can help.  A dedicated team of employees will locate the title policy and obtain a duplicate copy through direct contact and continual follow-up with the title agency. In the event that the policy has been delayed, our experienced title experts can assist you in addressing those issues.
