Registration Process

Safeguard’s registration process removes the burden of properly filing documentation from our clients.  Our streamlined process begins with entering into our system all properties that are to be registered.  All documents that are part of the registration process are scanned in as well, allowing for our clients and other applicable parties to view them as needed. The filings are sent 2nd day mail for tracking unless the City allows for online filing.   Monthly reporting is available on all properties registered.
