Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing and responding to client inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
Utility Coordinator
The Utility Coordinator is responsible for completing utility work order updates and billing client/contractor invoices per the investor/insurer guidelines
Client Account Representative - 2nd Shift
Responsible for ensuring that all work orders and issues between the assigned client and Safeguards Cleveland office are communicated, analyzed, noted in the computer system, followed-up, and finalized in all field services areas including inspection
Client Account Representative - 1st Shift
Responsible for ensuring that all work orders and issues between the assigned client and Safeguard’s Cleveland office are communicated, analyzed, noted in the computer system, followed-up, and finalized in all field services areas including inspectio
Manager, Client Account Representative
The Manager Client Account Representative provides leadership, guidance, and delivers developmental training to support Client Account Representative Supervisors, Team Leads and Client Account Representatives, while ensuring adherence to each Clients
Customer Service Representatives, REO - 12pm-9pm & 5pm - 1am Shifts
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing and responding to client inquiries and complaints in a timely manner. This includes investigating and researching issues, providing frequent status updates until the issue is resolved.
Quality Control Field Representative - Philadelphia, PA
The Quality Control Field Representative is responsible for monitoring the quality of vendors’ work which includes inspections of work completed, the contractors’ operations, equipment and facilities. This position is based out of Philiadelphia, PA
Quality Control Field Representative - Phoenix, AZ
