Safeguard Inspectors collect inspection results utilizing our proprietary INSPI application. INSPI is web-based and offer many time saving features including but not limited to:
- Wireless connectivity capabilities, through either cellular transmissions or a wireless network, allowing exchange of information (including new orders, completed orders, and follow-up requests) throughout the day
- Subcontractor management, allowing our vendors to assign, track, and manage work through their subcontractors
- Subcontractor tracking and reporting, to allow our vendors to review performance all the way down to zip code level
- Centralized database stored on Safeguard's web servers instead of the user's desktop; allowing for faster data transfer
Through Safeguards Client Web, our customers have access to real time reports that enable them to know the status of any order seven days a week, 24 hours a day ensuring they have timely and relevant information for efficient decision making. Safeguard clients can generate real-time reports via a secure web-based interface. Some of the report options now available to the servicer include:
