On November 2nd, FEMA issued Presidential Disaster Declarations for areas in the States of Louisiana and Missouri.

Louisiana

The following  parishes were declared eligible for Individual Assistance. Caldwell, Franklin, Grant, LaSalle, Madison, Morehouse, Natchitoches, Richland, Sabine, Vernon and Winn.

The following parishes were declared eligible for Public Assistance: Beauregard, Caldwell, Catahoula, Franklin, Grant, LaSalle, Madison, Morehouse, Richland, Sabine, Vernon and Winn

Missouri

No counties were declared eligible for Individual Assistance.
The following counties were declared eligible for Public Assistance: Hawaii, Honolulu, Kauai and Maui.
