In September the City of Buffalo hosted a forum to address the property "flipping" schemes that have compounded the vacant and abandoned property problem in Buffalo, NY.

In attendence was Judge Pianka from the City of Cleveland Housing Court. The Judge reviewed the contents of the handout that was distributed titled, "Property Flipping Schemesin Buffalo, NY and Application to the Vacant and Abandoned Property Crisis in Cleveland"
