The City of Dayton OH has commenced on a new inititiative in regards to vacant properties throughout the city. Effective immediately the city will place a placard (large sticker) on vacant properties.  These placards will state that permission from the City's Division of Housing Inspection is required to enter the property. Violators are subject to fines and/or imprisonment.
