The main topics reviewed during the P&P session were Investor updates, Property preservation guidelines, mortgagee rights, and code compliance. The disaster session provided a review of the challenges faced in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina and the efforts of the investors and servicers to work with the mortgagors in ensuring the best outcome for damaged properties.  The panel reviewed local updates and insurance issues through Louisiana and Mississippi and helped provide insight to future endeavors and policies.
