FEMA has issued Presidential Disaster Declarations for areas in the States of Alaska (12/8/06), New York and Washington (12/12/06).

Alaska
No counties were declared eligible for Individual Assistance.
The following Borough and additional areas were declared eligible for Public Assistance: Chugach Regional Educational Attendance Area, Copper River Regional Educational Attendance Area, and the Kenai Peninsula Borough.

New York
The following counties were declared eligible for Individual Assistance: Broome, Chenango.
The following counties were declared eligible for Public Assistance: Broome, Chenango, Delaware, Hamilton, Herkimer, Montgomery, Otsego, and Tioga.

Washington
The following counties were declared eligible for Individual Assistance: Clark, Cowlitz, Grays Harbor, King, Lewis, Pierce, Skagit, Skamania, Snohomish, Thurston, and Wahkiakum
No counties were declared eligible for Public Assistance.
