HUD ML 2006-32 Management and Marketing (M&M) Contractor Change for the State of Georgia

HUD has issued Mortgagee Letter 2006-32 announcing the change for HUD's Management and Marketing Contractor servicing the state of Georgia and provide the contact information needed for the submission of Preservation and Protection (P&P) requests related to HUD-owned properties in Georgia.

PEMCO, LTD. (PEMCO) is HUD's Management and Marketing Contractor for servicing all
HUD-owned properties in the state of Georgia.  As such, PEMCO is responsible for contract services related to conveyances, custodial properties, pre-conveyance approvals, and pending mortgagee requests.
