Safeguard hosted two P&P sessions at the recent Regional USFN Conference held in Boston. The first session focused on FHA insured loans, their applicable investor guidelines, and M&M contractors and their contract. Panelists that led the discussion included Leslie Bromer from HUD, Gloria Randolph from VA, Cecelia Raine from Fannie Mae, Sherilee Massier from Wells Fargo, Mike Hardiman from National Home Management Solutions (M&M Contractor), Paul Magaha from First American, Doug Licker and Allan Martin from MCS, Marc Insul from Fidelity, Mark Marrow from Los Angeles, and Dan Blumenthal, esq. from Druckman & Sinel.
