The St. Petersburg Regional Loan Center has released Information Bulletin 26-07-01 titled, "Loan Production Notification Requirements", providing all lenders involved with the Department's Home Loan Program an annual reminder on certain requirements relating to the Loan Production Section.

Including in this Bulletin are reminders concerning;

• Paid in full loans - requires holders to report to the VA all paid in full loans
• Paid in full reporting procedure - Instructions for returning the Loan Guaranty Certificate, or actions to be taken if the Loan Guaranty Certificate is lost 
• Lender Information changes - Lenders are reminded to notify the RLC office as soon as possible of any changes that would effect our lender records such as name changes or address changes.

 Other issues addressed nclude, prior approval loans, funding fee refund requests and loan guaranty certificate correction requests.
