This Bulletin reminds  holders of guaranteed loans that when a loan guaranteed by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is satisfied by payment or otherwise, it must be reported in writing to the VA Regional Loan Center having jurisdiction.

The Bulletin provides the requirement for the reporting and requests that holders review their portfolio to determine that all "Paid in Full" loans under the Phoenix RLC  jurisdiction (Arizona, Nevada, California, and New Mexico) have been reported to the RLC and that all future "Paid in Fulls" are reported promptly.
