The 3rd Annual National Property Preservation Conference featured a session dedicated to the issue of Vacant Blight. In the following months conference calls were convened to establish parameters for the working groups discussed at the conference.

A consensus was easily reached that a valuable first step would be to have accessible contact lists that Servicers and Code Enforcement officials would be able to utilize.
