Update On March 16th the follwoing county was added to the original disaster declaration as eligible for Public Assistance : Wasco. Please see below for update spreadsheet of affected zip codes. On February 22nd, FEMA issued a Presidential Disaster Declaration for areas in the State of Oregon. No counties were declared eligible for Individual Assistance. The following counties were declared eligible for Public Assistance: Benton, Clatsop, Columbia, Lincoln, Polk, Tillamook, Wheeler, and Yamhill Counties, and the Confederated Tribes of the Siletz Indians (located within Lincoln County).
